[Hx4700-port] Familiar build again

Hello!

I am trying to set up OE to build my own packages for the ipaq-pxa270.
I use http://familiar.handhelds.org/#build as a manual. It does not
work for me.

1 - seems like it misses copying auto.conf to local.conf
2 - with bitbake provided I get strange error on every single package:
ERROR: register() takes exactly 2 arguments (1 given) while parsing
<filename.bb>.
3 - If I update bitbake to the SVN version - error vanish, but I get
