FOSSMeet@NITC : Update

Hello!

This is to inform you that FOSSMeet@NITC 2008 is about to take off on 4th-6th of April! We had to reschedule the event due to other commitments in our academic calendar. We hope this doesn't cause you any inconvenience.

This time around also the event will consist of speakers on more general and intro level topics of audience interest, Aimed at more beginner level students as well as those who are interested in Contribution and Projects in FOSS.. There will also be Video -Conferences with famous speakers from around the globe on general topics ! Talks include

- Blogging and publicity by Kiruba shanker
- Media and Sound Editing in FOSS by Niyam Bhushan
- Graphics design in FOSS by Niyam Bhushan
- 3d modelling using Blender by Santosh
- FOSS in Careers and Business
 - Data structures in Linux
- Intro to Subversion and contributing to FOSS
- Python workshop
- Linux Test project

and many many more interesting talks and BOF sessions in the list!!...
