FTP Problem

Someone told me that you have to enable natting for this, but anybody
can guide me on this.

My name is Anuj, I have installed RHEL3.0 in my company as a Intenet
and Mail Server and some windows client who are using internet and mail

connection from this server.
I have a problem regarding FTP site. I can not access any outside ftp
site through windows client computers, while i can access it through
linux server.

Anybody tell me how to configure linux server for ftp access for
windows client to outside.

I shall be very thankful to you for this nice information.
