I don't think you can find one.

a) It is not legal.
b) A couple line of text from the book won't give you much relevant result
because they are generic CS terms. And I doubt search engines understand
grammar.

I have the following book (hard copy) from Tanenbaum:
The MINIX Book - Operating Systems, Design and Implementation 3rd Edition.
