Just recently zero'ed out my HD and installed Gentoo. Used the Stage 3
installation, went through just fine. I now have KDE on there, but
didn't like the standard look, so I streamlined by using the Gentoo
icons from their site and creating my own links to only tools that I
use. I'll provide a screenshot later if anyone is interested.

Just decided to poke in here to get new ideas and/or share my own
experiences. Right now, my system is compiling OpenOffice. At work
right now, so hopefully it will be done when I get home tonight.
Anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself, and I hope to share lots of
knowledge.
