Friends, a quick note on the email I sent out earlier regarding Bill 372. After receiving some professional advice, I feel that the best way to deal with Bill 372 will not be to question its constitutionality (bill of attainder) as such a route can get quite complex. The fact that the legislation specifically calls out a particular religion and a particular person is still a central issue and clear evidence of a vindictive agenda, but we will be approaching it differently. I should have some more information in a couple days. Please hang on to any letters you might be writing using the references in my email. However, feel free to express your personal displeasure with the legislation in any way you'd like.

I would just like to add that I am only doing this personally and am not doing this at the request of anybody in the Church.
