Just found this interesting. See attached from 2008 Guam Statistical Yearbook. In 2007, STD's accounted for 32.5% of all "notifiable diseases" which Chlamydia leading the way. The other thing to note is the increase of STD's each year. Yet we think that more sex ed is the answer? The increase in STD's parallels the increased sex ed instruction. The definition of insanity is...?
