Friends,
Due to the size of the health bill and the uncertainty as to how it will specifically impact Guam as regards abortion, we are holding off on the introduction of our bill and will instead attempt to make a public statement regarding the "potential" for abortion funding in the bill if we are allowed.
We have to be very careful not to give our enemies anything to discredit us with. We need more time to research the health bill in order to appropriately craft the correct legislation.
There are some idiosyncrasies that pertain specifically to territories that we have to look into further.
