Error when importing KML file to Greenvalley app

We have been unable to import a KML file into the Greenvalley app on a DJI controller to set up a flight plan, we have a LiAir X3C-H.
We create our survey site on ArcGIS Pro and convert it from a shapefile to KML. When we try to import the file into the app it says that the file is not supported. I cannot find the reason why the KML it isn't supported, nor I can find online which files does your app support?
