I get this error while processing the LiDAR Data

Error Code:-41. The quality of the satellite navigation processing is poor (Fix ratio is 0%), and the solution is terminated.

-41 Error means no fixed solution. The reason is related to the base station or the signal's poor.

The issue is with the base station. So, try to find the other better signal.

If you don't have others, you can consider using the CORS signal or matching with the control points.
