LiGeoreference Point Cloud Only Forms Circular Area Around Takeoff Point (LiAir X3-H)

Hello,

I am processing LiDAR data collected with LiAir X3-H using LiGeoreference.

The flight trajectory is normal and correctly represents the flight path.
However, after georeferencing, the point cloud only appears as a circular area around the takeoff point and does not extend along the trajectory.

The point cloud shape looks normal, but the position does not translate with the flight path.

Has anyone encountered this issue with LiAir X3-H or LiGeoreference?

I have checked the files. The .vpts files are the same size—each one is 2.97 GB in both the original acquisition device and the processed project directory.
