In the long-standing tradition of making dictionaries in the Mexico Branch and other places in the Americas, we need the ability to order senses within a reversal index entry.

This should not be surprising.  Just as one wants to be able to order senses within a lexical entry so that the most common or basic entry comes first, so when it comes to reversal index entries, one wants to order the senses in the same way.  Similarly, one wants to be able to order the subentries.

I'm currently working on modifying FLEx so that one can order senses and subentries within reversal index entries (https://jira.sil.org/browse/LT-6468).  From what I can tell, it looks like LIFT does not allow for this.

Is that correct?

If so, can we get a change made so LIFT will?

Thanks,

--Andy
