examples have notes?

Dear All,

In ensuring consistency across the standard, I have transferred the UML diagrams to argouml (hence lift.zargo in the repository) and we will see the fruits of that in the next version of the standard. Since zargo files won't merge, please don't check in any changes to the .zargo files unless you really did mean to change the model or diagram in some meaningful way.

In passing I notice that the current lift.rng allows notes within examples, while the standard currently doesn't. Which do we want? notes in examples or not?
