I'm Sergio. I live in New Jersey and am still very much a beginner.
I'm still struggling to find the time to practice. My ball has traveled
with me to Switzerland and Israel. It's no longer a bright white but
more of a gray color. I guess I should probably clean my floors more.

Now I wish I was your Legacy Ball.
Switzerland and Israel. Cool.
Getting time in my schedule to "play" or "practice" is the bain of my existance.
Oh that and a good play space. Try doing a body roll in a 2' by 2'
square surrounded by computer monitors. On second thought don't try
that.
Make sure if you are going to CJ long term. My definition of long
term is "More than a day less than forever". You need to start
stretching. I have been researching(read not doing) stretching for
years. I do stretch but I am trying to get more formal and circus
like so I can do more advanced tricks.
Hand Health by Greg Irwin is extremely good, especially for ball
spinners. Oh and for typers like me. I am looking for a good body
stretch routine. I have done Pilates, Tai Chi with Ball, and several
other things. Pilates is the best for me now. I am going to keep
researching and try to come up with a more "structured" stretching
routine. I will be trying to stretch 3 times a day. We will see.
-you are what you do so i am a typer

Hi Rich,

Stretching sounds good. i've heard about Handhealth and Greg Irwin
before. I use that. But i don't much ball spinning, so i would like
some bodystretching exercises. Can you put some of them online, or give
tips for good books. I have no clue what kind of books to look into.
Well, it may be a problem because I live in Holland. Well, i can always
order 'em online.....

Thanks,
Michiel Koers

I am the worse for stretching.
I will still recommend something.
Pilates.
Also Ferret had and may still have some arm stretches at
www.ContactJuggling.org.
I am working on my LegacyCd and I will be putting the Mock stretches I do.
I call them Mock because they are not formal. The are closer to belly
dancers arm excercises.
