Phone ringing off the Hook

Well nearly. I placed one advert in the newpaper today and I have had 5
or 6 solid enquiries from people interested to know more and how they
can climb the property ladder now with no deposit.
Everyone has a little story they want to share about their suitation
and this takes up time. I am prepareing a questionare to send out via e
mail and snail mail so I can get the information I need up front to
save me time and repeating myself all night.
Great weekend, really got a lot out of it and I find myself about as
excited about the new investing tools that I learnt on the weekend as I
was when I first discovered property investing 10 years ago......Thanks
