Hi Jade, good effort setting this up!
Should be a good place for us all to share how we're getting on.

I am into it. Meeting a prospective Tenant/Buyer tomorrow (Thursday).
He has bad credit from a failed business 5years ago, then got divorced
and lost his 2 rental properties. He now has excellent weekly income, a
new wife and 6 kids (3 each). I am looking forward to meeting him as I
am very sure that I can help him into his own home again! :) :) :) Yes,
he's the guy that left the message for me at 5.40pm on Sunday evening -
straight after the course finished! :)

I'm also working with a local property manager to help them get rid of
any properties that they are having trouble getting tenants for. One
property I am on to was listed for a while, couldn't sell so decided to
rent it for another year and then sell it. The vendors are in Oz and
have their daughter managing the property (usless was the property
managers words) and are now having trouble getting tenants. I will be
talking to the daughter in the next day or so to propose a lease.

All sounds good so far, haven't banked the dollars yet though!! WATCH

Hi Jadee

I seems to miss your first mail with all the contact names and addresses. I have only opened Jade & Marion's mail just now, and automatically it clicks to me that there must have been some previous mails in which I fail to receive.

Could you please re-send me a copy of the original list.

Though we have not strike a lease option deal yet, we are working on setting up our structures, as we are starting this new venture in a joint partnership effort with a business partner whom is in Melbourne. We are getting there, but not just yet!!

It's a great idea.

 

As Adam said, just wanting to start posting my progress to ensure that I do what I have set to do.

And I definately want to be one of those 5% of people taking action!.

 

I have got my goals set and written out, printed and stuck it on my wall so that I get to see it everyday.

Also got my ads ready and got a new number for taking calls from the ads.

Thought I would keep it seperate from my personal number.

 

I just need to get my trading trust created so that I can start doing it.

I am very excited that I can go out there and helping people and create enough passive income stream

and be able to quit my job and become financially free!!!

 

Hope a lot of us can beat 5% stats!

Come on everyone!

You know you can do it.
