Hi every one. Good idea for this Google group thing. I have never used
this type of service before so here goes.
The day after the course on Monday I decided not to go to work and
started the day by doing a mail drop of some cards that I had made up
previously and dropped them around in my local area. This has normally
worked for me as I did it a month ago and got 2 good houses from 500
cards. Also the exercise is good. I am going to try doing the same area
in a few weeks time with different wording and I will use my daughters
name as a contact to see what happens. As well as the mail drop I also
got a few replies by using the message boards at the two super markets
in our area. I find that most people are very keen to sell their house
privately and are not affraid to ring. Before I was focusing on Renos
only but now I am looking for both renos and finished property.
Before I go I have a Reno for any one that is interested in doing a
trade/quick flick. I am willing to assign it because I have a lot
happening at the moment. It is a good one for someone who would want to
cross lease for an additional section. It would also suit someone who
operates on the North Shore in Auckland. If you are interested copy the
