Thanks Jade for your efforts. Great idea..
I have spoken to a few lawyers today, only via phone in the aim of
finding one whom will be willing to look at the contracts.... surprise
surprise but a couple didnt set the world on fire, and one said he had
had bad experiences with these types of contracts before and wasn't
interested. Go the lawyers.

Had a thought ...
Is it worth trying to identify say the top 20 questions that one should
ask when vetting potential buyers. This way one could have a check list
of the most important questions to ask.

If people think this is a reasonable idea how do we go about compiling
it ?
My initial thought was as many as the group as possible think of one or
two questions and then we use the top ones that are asked most often. I
am not a computr wizz but I am sure thereis an easier way.

Hi Greg I agree and have already started a list of questions to gather
information. If some one could guide me how to get the list on this
posting I am happy to share it.

Hi Mik, At the top of the site page it says "Start a new topic ", just
click on there, write your ideas notes comments etc and then click
submit.
