Hi and happy new year.
Has any one done a lease option as yet since doing the course?. I would
be interested in contacting you in regards to structuring a lease
option for a win win situation.

Hi Greg,

Happy New Year as well.

I haven't done a lease option yet but steadily working my way towards
it. I have just got back from a 3 week break so now just trying get me
structures finalised (should be done by the end of the week), the money
in the right entity and I would like to think I will have my first adds
in the paper by the end of next week (just in time for the long
weekend.

I am more than happy to chat about lease options so give me a call on
09 419 5528. I am sure I could help you a bit. I am home most evenings
or you can get me at work on 09 481 0234. With being away for a while
it would be great to talk to a fellow investor to get some of the
passion and enthusiasm moving again.

Happy investing,
Simon

Hello Greg

A quick response to let you have my email and respond to your posting.
I am in the process of wrapping 2 properties. I find myself wondering
about which contracts to use and rereading the manual over. I have one
man interested in a property and I am continuing to get all the
advertising and marketing in place. I put the why rent ad in the for
sale section and I am going to try it in the for rent section. I only
received one response; which was a good one. Only takes one per house.

I would be interested in continuing the discussions and seeing more
use of our discussion site.

cheers
thom zydervelt
