looking for suggestions on the 20 Top questions. I have formed up this
letter outlineing the oppertunity and some iniatial questions. Please
feel free to use this letter as a base or template and if there were
any other questions that I may have missed or you think might be good
to ask please let me know.

Good effort. There are some things in there that made me think - oh
yeah thats right - I forgot that. I don't know about item 10 though. If
a potential tenant buyer is smart enough to get pre-approved cash/loan
then his or her credit rating cannot be that bad.
