Does anyone have a good template for Tenant Buyer questions/screening
process.

If so please give me an email.

I have a small template but i feel its not enough information.

Hello Lynley

I am just getting back to work after the holidays which fortunately
were seriously relaxing.
I have been calling back prospects and listening to their needs. They
seem to fall into serious we can afford the payments and have a deposit
of at least 5 percent and don't have a clue people. We are following up
those who are serious and just need help.

I would be interested in emailing and discussing all of the above with
