My study makes cross references with medical research articles from
published journals, books, and internet resources including Harvard
Medical School.
Beyond Tai Chi refers to a system, a collective of methods that can be
practiced in harmonized manner. Harmony means balance from taking
considerations of the strengths and weaknesses of various types of
martial arts. I name the system, ZIBOCE DANCE.
ZIBOCE DANCE centers on the understanding of my familiar types of
martial arts, such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Yi Quan, Zhan Zhuang, Xing Yi
Quan, Bagua, and Six Harmonies & Eight Methods.
To share my experience with Tai Chi lovers, I teach by theories,
principles, and inspirations. The aim is that the students easily grasp
the core values of the Kung Fu, and are able to personalize styles of
their own. I use ZIBOCE BASICS to refer to the first level of the
learning progress.
Ziboce Basics involves Qi Gong from main streams which refer to four
big mountains in China, i.e., EMEI (Taoist, Buddhist, Medical), WAH
SHAN (Taoist), SHAO LIN (Buddhist), Wu Dang (Tai Chi).
My belief is that the value of the Tai Chi & Qi Gong is on HEALTH.
