.cleanup and .uninstaller scripts fail miserably

So after having major stability issues on Snow Leopard, neither
the .cleanup nor .uninstaller scripts are running properly. I am
running them from inside the .dmg file.
Am I doing this improperly?
Please assist me in removing this program fully.
