Not a valid widget with 1.6/226

Hi, I am getting:

The file "AlmostVPN.wdgt" is not a valid widget and you can not
install it.

with AVPN 1.6/226 on Leopard 10.5.2 with all updates installed.

On a plus note, the menu app is working great now :)

Can not reproduce this one.

Do you have old copy of the widget installed?

Right after you click on "Install Widget" checkbox, look into "/tmp"
folder. Do you see AlmostVPN.wdgt in it? If you do, could you pls
zip it and post it into this discussion.

Definitely no old copy of widget - this is actually a fresh install of
AVPN & Leopard on a brand new laptop - my last one got stolen :(

I just double checked and no AlmostVPN.wdgt in /Library/Widgets/ or ~/
Library/Widgets/

I was going to zip widget and attach, but not much point as the
contents of the package are empty:
