The long term plan for the Land Rover Defender
lies somewhere between the current model and the
DC100 concept vehicle. In August 2006 Land
Rover released the official information of the
new Defender 2007. The changes
were all on the inside, except
for the slightly modified bonnet for the new
engine. The 2013 model year sees some refinements
and the introduction of some special editions,
increased spec levels and new colour choices.
