"Can you hear me?" Do NOT say "yes.". Scammers call and ask questions to get a "yes" that they can record and then use to assert that you have agreed to a product or service. Instead, try other phrases like "I can," "I do," or "I hear you." (of course, you can ask who they are or just hang up!) During Medicare Open Enrollment, be on the lookout for calls asking about your plan and offering to connect you with "Medicare agents." They may use pressure tactics and even switch your plans without you realizing.
