UPDATED AGENDA:

• News from Sound Transit and Metro:  Want to travel around the Seattle region without worrying about parking?  Or to Green Lake on one bus?  Or to Bothell?  Or to the International District with one easy transfer?  We'll hear from Abel Pacheco, Government and Community Relations Manager, Sound Transit, and Ivonne Rivera Martinez, Sound Transit Community Engagement Specialist, about the changes that will make all that possible.  They'll also focus on new service changes that took place in Route 522 after the light rail openings of the Northgate and Roosevelt stations, and will give us the highlights of the 20+ bus routes in Lake City.  Your questions will be welcome after their presentation.   State Rep. Gerry Pollett (46th LD) plans to attend and wants to hear your thoughts about our transit issues.    

• Local Flooding:  Have you noticed flooding in your area?  We'd like to hear your experiences.  We will have information about flooding seen along Little Brook Creek, and about the Adopt-A-Drain program.  

• Round Robin:  What's going on in your neighborhood now? What projects are your organizations working on?  Let's trade information.  

• We're looking forward to the new year.  This will be our last LCNA meeting of 2021, and we want to know what you would like to work on in 2022. Our neighborhood has many needs, so there'll be plenty of chances for all of us to contribute to seeing that those needs are met.  Give us your ideas at the meeting, and we'll send out an email to those who weren't able to attend. 

• Want to get more involved in your Neighborhood Alliance?  We'd like you to join our LCNA Planning Team!  Contact Muriel, Nancy, or Sally at the meeting via Zoom Chat and we'll arrange to talk.

(PS:  Our Community Center is no longer on the agenda because we have been advised that City employees are not at work on Tuesday; thus CM Juarez's assistant Dean Allsopp won't be attending.  We hope to have more info ASAP on this important issue.)
