Active?

I see this group is moribund, but are there still members who would
like to do something social and technical? Or at least social and
geek? Not necessarily limited to just LUG business, either - I
imagine most of us who would be interested in a LUG have more than
just that in common.

C'mon, there's 50 members, we can't all be spammers!

I am obiously not active. I still have two computers that run Linux.
One, 24/7, and the other most of the time, but Windows XP to do my
income tax.

Heh, yeah, I used Windows for taxes too.  Though with the online options available now, maybe next year I won't!  Past that I'm using Linux, OS X, and Windows both at home & for work - it's really a matter of what tool is right for the job...but I like Linux best.

Just tonight I learned about the disown command, thanks to the Ksplice blog.  They don't post a ton, but what's there is usually interesting.

What are some of all of your favorite brain-expansion blogs?

I'll be glad to come out to something, should it be organized.
However, I'm going to be moving to New York any day now, so my plans
for a ShoreLUG have been scrapped :(
