Hi All.

Since Susan Fargo announced her decision not to run for re-election, a number of candidates have emerged and I am sure you will want to hear all of them.  In that regard, I have started the ball rolling and arranged an opportunity for you to meet and talk with the candidate that I am supporting, Alex Buck, of Chelmsford, this Sunday,  March 4th at 11:00am in the Ryan meeting room at Ryan Estates.  To give you a bit of background, Alex has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Lowell and a masters in Public Administration for the Harvard Kennedy School, He has served as Town Meeting Representative for the town of Chelmsford since 2004 and on the School Building Committee from 2005-2009 and the Charter Review Committee from 2005-2006. He has been a long time active member of Progressive Democrats of Massachusetts.  He is married and the father of two young boys.  I have know Alex for a while as we met on the campaign trail during the 2006 Deval Patrick campaign. I am supporting him in this race for a number of reasons not the least of which is his long term commitment to grassroots organizing and grass roots politics. I hope you will join us to find out more about Alex and where he stands on the issues that are important to you.

Best,

Laura

Avram,

Thanks.  Laura and I spoke about this a short while ago and I suggested she send it to you for distribution. I hope that was OK.

I believe there was a brief miscommunication a few days ago about when and what to distribute to the group.

If its OK with you, I would like to coordinate group messages with you to avoid duplication, mistakes, and conflicts.  I might suggest that if someone wants to distribute a group message it might help if that came through me first.  Or if you get one directly, you could send it to me so we can review and agree first.

What do you think?  We can send out a group coordination "memo" with some instruction about communication procedures if you agree.

Thanks again, Gary
