This position requires many different levels of work in all kinds of weather. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn & grow. Biological knowledge, people skills, mechanical work, communications/writing and continuing education are required. -Learn equipment information for sales & installation
-Operate an aquatic harvesting boat
-Dredging & erosion control/repair
-Assembly, installation & repair of aeration systems, including fountains & diffused aeration
-Plumbing PVC neatly & efficiently
-Water garden filtration installation
-Aquaponics system assembly, installation & operation
-Monitor Google docs/sheets for tasks & scheduling
-Communicate effectively & professionally with customers (conversation control, educating, listening, presenting)
