To those of the LRCC I have met so far I just ordered the Great
Planes Big Stick .40 ARF, bought the motor, and picked Johns brain
(from Scale Reproduction) for all accessories and servos needed for
the build. So needless to say I hope everyone is ready to field all of
my rookie questions lol. Big thanks to everyone that has helped me
with my decision. No more foamies for me :)

Brandon you will love that plane, that's what I have with an OS 55 and
it scoots.
I have flaperons set up on mine also for very slow flight.
I don't have a current pic but here's a YouTube Vid before she was

Brandon,
I say John fly his Big Stick and I had to have one. Been flying it
for over a year now and love it. It is great even in windy
conditions. Like John, I am also running an OS 55AX and it will
scream. Because of the weight and the wing loading it does land
fast. It you slow it down too much on landing it will stall. I have
not figured out how to make the flaperons work but I am going to pin
John down this summer and ask him to help me. Looking forward to
having all three up at the same time this summer...DID SOMEBODY SAY
COMBAT?

Well glad to hear. Mine will be running os 46 ax however i know nothing about the motor just getting in to nitro. Completely off topic i may have to work the day of the meeting so how do i go about paying club dues and i may still have a field key un less the locks have been changed since 2009 anyway if you could get back with me that would be great. Thanks again guys.

Brandon

I'll check on the locks, but I do believe they have been changed.

As far as payment and getting a key try contacting Jerry Hermes.

He can tell you the best way. Jerry is also the keeper of the keys

so he can tell you if they have been changed for sure or not.

You can send a check for payment along with the application.

Application is located here on the website. http://lrccky.com/2012_Club_Application.html

All Jerry's information is on the application also.
