Thanks to John Vetter, he told me about the McNeely Park website.  On the site you can see what is going on with the master plan for the park.  You can also sign up for email updates about their plan.  The other thing you can do is take a survey about McNeely Park.  I feel that all members of the LRCC should do this.  We need to show how many people use the flying field, why it should remain gated from the main road, and how many visitors we have that become members and use the park.  The more voices we have praising the flying field and its contribution to the park and the community the better chance we have of keeping our field in the future.
