Afternoon everyone. There are 11 days left for conversion.

Please complete the conversion form if you have not already done so.

If you wish to receive back XP per the backdating rules. PCs that are
strictly Charter approval please fill out the top part of the form
(Which has information such as Name, Membership Number and basic PC
info: Please include Clan/Gen/Age, Tribe/Rank/Age or Kith/Title/Age in
the creature type section) and only fill out the rest of the form if
you desire the background XP or there are approvals above Charter
level on the charactersheet. Also please fill out out the form in
detail if there are Regional or Council level approvals on the
Character Sheet.

Additional items that need noted if present:

Any teachers for Out of Clan Disciplines over level 4 (Regardless of
approval level) and a teachers contact email address.

Special Historical Attendance Items that also require Approval.
(Attendance at the death of Christ, Creation of an item of great
historic importance that is generally attributed to mortals, etc etc.)

PC's can be sent to this list lra-con...@googlegroups.com and
please do not forget to attach the Character Sheet as well.
