New MST

I'm posting this to welcome our new MST aka Master Storyteller. His
name is Joe Carron and he's an old friend to alot of LARPers near and
far. He's been a member of the LRA for some time now and believes
that he can help us shape up our dream. Now I'm going to give a brief
rundown as to what the MST position does and then let Joe intro
himself from there, but I don't plan to say too much because theres no
reason to do something that he can do himself.
The MST will be coordinating the Storytelling council as well a
coordinating reporting for the ST side. He will also be performing
upper ST chain all-calls and helping organize new Charters and
especially University campus Charters so that we can start utilizing
our Regional chain. Well to keep it short he'll be doing alot of
things. I'm going to slide out of here and let him announce his hopes
on where he's steering the game side of this org.
