Hey Everyone.  (Please forward this to all existing Charter and Regional lists)

 

As you know we are creating a record system for all PCs and issuing Conversion numbers.  As you also know, every Charter records PCs a slightly different way.  We need to streamline some of this to expedite the conversion number issuance.

 

Two things are KEY.. 

 

1) Please submit the Approval Form which is attached.,  It is very important that we have all of a members information (to make sure that the right player is credited with the PC) and the section of all approval items and their level is filled out (to make sure that no approval items are over looked which would cause a number to not be issued and hence not approved for the chronicle.)

 

2) Please use an XP expenditure format similar to the one on the example PC.. It is a simple checkbooking format and will save a vast amount of time on the quick audits and overviews of the character sheets.
