performance counters in Weblogic (JMX) monitor

Hi,

I have to monitor Weblogic 8.1 application server through weblogic JMX
monitor in LR, so can somebody explain me the performance counters
that need to be monitored to check the performance of the server.
For example, to check the memory and other features what are counters
that we can use.

After configuring weblogic, what are the counters for memory,CPU or
other resource utilization.
