unable to record desktop application in loadrunner 12 version

Hello Team,

Unable to record desktop application in loadrunner 12 version .

I'm  recording the application using Winlnet protocol  , It's  launching through winlnet protocol but events not generating. Even I tried with winsoc also

Technologies:

VC++/Com/Dcom

Can any one help on this.
