Arbor Week begins/Pruning workshop now closed

Due to the interest generated by the Community Forest insert in this
month's Hello LO, Pruning 101 has quickly filled up and the class is
now closed. Thank you everyone for your interest in the class. We hope
to have it again next year.

Tomorrow marks the Arbor Week kick-off! Help us start things off right
by hauling away some already cut Holly trees at Hallinan Natural area
this Saturday, April 5th from 10-12.

Monday we will have a Heritage Tree ceremony celebrating the two Coast
Redwoods located at 3060 Glenmorrie Drive. Parking is limited, so
please walk if possible. Join us at 4pm for a reception featuring City
Council President John Turchi, the unveiling of a plaque, and
refreshments to follow.
