Open Position at NYU Libraries: Associate Dean for User Services and Community Experience

Hi all,

I hope the holiday season is treating you well. Sharing an open Associate Dean position at NYU Libraries. Review of applications begins January 26, 2026. 

This is a tenure/tenure-track position and the salary range is $175,000 - $275,000, and will report to the Dean of the Libraries.

It would be great if folks in this group apply! Feel free to share more broadly. 

I'm head of the reference services department which is part of this sub-division and will report up to this Associate Dean, so I'm happy to speak about or answer any questions about the general culture of the sub-division, and NYU Libraries as a whole, if that's helpful.
