Engaging people online

I am interested in how we get all our neighbours online. So often
blogs and websites are set up by people you get the point but on our
estate there are lots of people who don't get the point of online
engagement. At best it's something you have to do to get info in the
estate manager's office.
So what do we do about offline too?

I'd be keen to talk about this - there are some brilliant initiatives
like the Socila Media Surgeries http://socialmediasurgery.com/ and I
see the offline connections and digital mentoring as an important part
of what a local site might deliver...
