We'll kick off with a brief introductory session at the end of which we'll
agree the day's sessions and assign spaces. After lunch we'll revisit what
we had planned for the afternoon to see if any of those sessions need
changing following the morning. We'll have wash-up session at the end of the
day.
If people haven't worked in this way before it appears chaotic and you
wonder if anything useful can come out of it. However, I've learned over the
past few years what an effective format it is.
Hope that helps Eileen.

The general idea is that people express an interest in what they want
to talk about, share, learn and based on that real-time experience the
schedule for break-out groups unfolds.
