Here are the meeting minutes for Kyodai's February 02 meeting! So, if
you couldn't come, don't worry! We'll keep you posted!
A few things that we discussed at this meeting:
(1) How was JCN? successes/improvements
If you have anymore comments or suggestions for any of these PLEASE
don't hesitate to reply to this email. Scroll Down for Details.
(2) Executive Board Elections
Ballots have NOT opened yet. However, nominations are still welcome! If
you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please do!
Elections will be held at Kyodai's March 16 meeting. On-site voting
will take place (obviously) during the meeting. EMAIL ballots will take
place until March 30 (Kyodai's next General Meeting). The new Executive
Board will be announced on March 30th.

Bring back - Random Ninjas

Bring back - Para Para performance (who's interested in learning?)

Bring back - Cynthia's Sai Weapon Demonstration
· Length - good for the number of performances
· Blacklava Table - Sell Kyodai T-shirts too
Improvements needed (suggestions)
· Stephanie Yanez - went over set limit
· Para Para tutorials for those interested in performing for next
year
· Hip Hop DJ in the beginning
during food getting? Opening?
BEFORE actual performances
· SOUND - need better acoustics - different venue

· More Traditional Cultural Performances (dance, more music)

Executive Board Elections
***March 16th***
(1) anyone can nominate any Kyodai member - CAN NOMINATE SELF AND
OTHERS
(2) TO CANDIDATES/NOMINEES: please be prepared to say a few words
about yourself so that the rest of Kyodai (the voters) has a better
understanding of who you are and why to vote for you.
Candidates/Nominees can email speeches/words if they are unable to come
to election meeting - someone will recite them.
(3) on-site ballots for those who attend meeting, email ballots for
those who can't
(4) voting until Next meeting (MARCH 30)
(5) who cannot run: Doc Preuss, Stephanie Duchin, Chris Bella, Katie
Hopp. Unless you can convince them to stay at LMU for another year or
return to college, don't nominate them!
