Maryland Leadership Workshops, Inc. (MLW), www.mlw.org, is seeking applicants for the position of Executive Director.
The Executive Director's duties include the following:
· Promote the organization and its programs with internal and external audiences
· Maintain and grow existing partnerships, develop new strategic relationships
· Identify and develop resources (foundation, corporate, and business development as well as individual giving)
· Develop and implement new community outreach programs
· Develop and manage budget in consultation with Board and Program Committee
· Manage the application and registration process, arrange and oversee logistical support, update database and provide other support as necessary for MLW's core residential summer programs
· Manage the year round and onsite summer office and
· Support the MLW Board of Directors, the Program Committee and staff.
This position is full-time. MLW's office is located in Germantown, Maryland. More details about the organization, position and application process can be found at www.mlw.org.
