April 27, Friday ~ Workshop~ Photoshop for Trainers.  Presented by Eric Gerds. Photoshop is used in combination with almost every other software used today. From PowerPoint, websites, and video presentations - just to name a few. It is critical in today's environment to know how to prepare and fix digital images to make them look their best. This hands-on workshop will cover the basic use of Photoshop to give you a real understanding on how to manipulate photos, with a special focus on how to prepare these photos for use in other software.

 

 

May 18, Friday ~ Workshop~ Basic Digital Video Editing in Premiere.  Presented by Eric Gerds. Digital video has become more and more important in today's personal and business environments.  You see videos used in blogs, websites, and presentations just to name a few. The tools available today are amazing and with a little bit of knowledge one can turn a simple boring video into one that will grab and hold people's attention. This class will cover basic concepts and tools that are available in all software packages and the philosophy of editing.
