Template/Macro/Numbering Packages -- The Good, the Bad and The Ugly -- Share your Stories

Hello Everyone:  Here are just a few questions about Template and Macro Packages.  I have heard recently that a few of you are (or were) evaluating other products and it would be great if you would share your findings.

1. What does your firm use for templates and numbering?
   
2. Would you recommend your current template/macro product?  If so for large firms?  Please elaborate.
3. Have you recently changed Macro/Template Packages?
4. If so, why and what product did you replace and what did you replace it with?
5. Are new templates created in house or do you get vendor assistance?
6. Please share any success or horror stories you may have either from your current firm or a previous firm.
