Save the Date! Statewide LGBTQA Planning and Collaboration meeting

Hello AZ LGBTQA Higher Education Network,

I am writing to ask you to mark your calendars for the second ever Statewide LGBTQA meeting, to be held in Phoenix, AZ. This will be an important meeting in which those of us doing work on LGBTQA issues and campus climate in our communities (that means you!) can gather and strategize further ways to collaborate, support each other's work, and plan for the future. Please save the date in your calendars:

Statewide LGBTQ Meeting

Wednesday, 5/22

10am-5pm

Phoenix, AZ - location TBA

We settled on this date based on a smaller pool of doodle poll responses, but we think this will work best. We would like to have, ideally, at least 2 representatives from each campus if possible (but the more, the merrier). Please RSVP by 4/17 if you are able to attend. More information on logistics will be forthcoming later this month.

I know we have just missed date but wondered if Dee (my spouse) and I could register for the Statewide LGBTQA Planning and Collaboration meeting for Wednesday, May 22? Dee and I both work with the NAU LGBTQIA Task  Force and I also teach Women's and Gender Studies courses and Queer courses on campus. Dee is also a nurse and involved in community work around LGBTQ issues.

Hi Peggy,

You'll recall I took the morning training for Safe Zone.   My two staff completed the a.m. and p.m.  What can I do to complete the training so that my office, also, has the Safe Zone message.   And, when do we get those?  Thanks very much.    Great training.
