Inclusion and Multicultural Services (IMS) at Northern Arizona University seeks an experienced individual who is committed to the values of diversity, student service, academic integrity, student success, and teamwork to serve as Program Coordinator, SR. The Program Coordinator, SR reports directly to the IMS Director and primarily meets one on one with students who are assigned to IMS. This position coordinates on-campus outreach programming and is also responsible for coordinating the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Ally (LGBTQA) Resources and Support program. As part of Inclusion and Multicultural Services, LGBTQA Resources and Support advances the diversity mission of the university by seeking to create a campus environment inclusive and supportive of sexual orientation and gender identity or expression. LGBTQA Resources and Support’s broader influence emerges from providing educational opportunities, and social justice initiatives to all students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members at the university and beyond.
