Hey Guys,
I know it's a bit short notice but Tonight there is a match against
SCRUFF. We will need to be at Ormeau for half 6 with the match
starting at 7.
It would be great if we could have as many players as possible as
these boys are fast, and they don't get tired. This means the more
players the more subs and more resting, and hopefully this will keep
us going as they only have a small team.
Let someone know if you can or can't make it.

Hey Stu..i can make it tonite..i'm just not very good + dont really
know the rules to be honest..but if you need an extra body then count

Thanks Ian! Your a legend ... We don't really mind if your not very
good (I'm sure you'll get the hang of it after a few minutes of play)
its about having fun, so the more the merrier I say.

I've done something to my knee and i'm in pain, if it is no better
after a warm up i'll be handling and hobbling tonight!
