Concert Weather

Most of you know that I'm and "Instrument Rated" pilot . I owned, and flew, airplanes for almost half a century. So, I routinely check weather from sources most people don't use. One of those is wunderground.com. There, you can check the radar, current, and forecast weather almost anywhere- including Terrell Texas.

Terrell's forecast for this afternoon, and at concert time. is for "showers." Closer examination indicates these individual showers will  moving about 30 t0 40 miles per hour from Southwest to Northeast. So, the total rain fall is forecast to be only around 1/2 inch.

SO, IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE TPAC DURING A HEAVY SHOWER, YOU MIGHT WANT TO  WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL THAT SHOWER PASSES. AND, BY LOGGING ON TO WUNDERGROUND.COM AND CHECKING THEIR RADAR DISPLAY YOU CAN SEE ABOUT HOW LONG YOU'LL NEED TO WAIT FOR THAT SHOWER TO PASS. That is what I plan to do!
