CONCERT UPDATE

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!

Sorry to be so late in this reminder that we will be presenting our next to last LCJ Concert for 2025 tomorrow afternoon at the beautiful TPAC in Terrell Texas. As usual, the doors will open at 3 PM and the concert will start at 4PM. You get to see the First Family of Gospel Music, the Hoppers. For over 68 years they’ve been presenting gospel music at its best! And, for over 30 years, they’ve been “Regular’s” at Lake County Jubilee.

They’ll be joined by Tribute Quartet, one of finest quartets in America!

Also appearing will be a quartet that has almost swept the “Quartet” awards the last two years, The Inspirations!!!

And, were working on opening the second half of the with the Apostolic Boys singing a song they presented at the National Quartet Convention that received one or the longest standing ovations I have ever seen- and I’ve seen a lot of standing ovations! DON’T MISS IT!!

BEFORE AND AFTER

One of the great things about coming to Lake Country Jubilee at our new time is that it gives you two opportunities to enjoy a great meal before, and after the Concert! Of course, Terrell has most of the national franchise restaurants. But, it also has some wonderful locally owned favorites!! They include Pop’s Honey Fried Chicken located on E. Moore St. (Hwy 80). They present 15 meats, and 16 vegetables “cafeteria style”! That’s pretty rare now! Another local favorite is El Nogalito! Mexican food just doesn’t get much better! Country Kitchen is another great place to dine. They have a broad menu that includes delicious Chicken Fried Steak.  You’ll be glad you did!!!

NOTE: As of now, it doesn’t appear the weather will be a problem Saturday. The early rain will be long gone! A brief passing shower is always possible. It appears any heavier rain will be brief, and be South of I 20. COME AND ENJOY!!!
